SIS Consulting Senior Trainer and Consultant with more than 15 years solid experience as professional trainer, consultant and practitioner as Business Planning and Analyst (Astra Group - XEROX), as the Assistant Director of Sales and Internal Trainer (Asia Pulp and Paper, Sinar Mas Group), as Sales and Marketing Head (Sanex Motor Indonesia) and as Senior Trainer and Business Development Manager (Neville Clarke Indonesia).
He specializes in facilitating communication skill, leadership, team building, supervisory management, training for trainers, time management and other management training. Iqbal Kurniadi

Iqbal Kurniadi is Service Insights’ Senior Trainer with more than 20 years of experience as trainer and practitioner of Sales & Marketing and Competency Training & Development Program Head at Astra Graphia Tbk.

Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills. He obtained his Master of Arts degree in Human Resources from Adelaide University.

Known as having specialization in communication, presentation, salesmanship, supervisory, team bonding, effective leadership and service excellence trainings.
 

Rio Rusli

SIS’ Consultant and Trainer with consultancy and training experience in many industries such as telecommunication, automotive, oil blending, shipping, electronic and laboratory services.

Possesses strong analytical skill with systematic approach and good communication skill. He has obtained a Master degree in Management and a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.

He is certified as Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 (IRCA Certified) and ISO/TS 16949 (SMMT IF Certified).

 

 
Herdianto Purba

Service Insights’ Trainer with more than 10 years of experience as trainer, auditor and practitioner of Marketing Manager.
His competency is supported by Master of Management degree from Gadjah Mada University.
Known as having specialization in supervisory, leadership, sales forecasting, negotiation skill, time management and finance for non finance trainings.
