Level 3 Training Evaluation |

One strong point of SIS Consulting Training Program is its Training Evaluation. While other Training Programs provides maximum up to Level 2 of Evaluation, SIS Consulting provides up to the Level 3 of Evaluation. - Level 1 of Evaluation will be done in the end of the Training Program by filling the Training Feedback to evaluate the Training Material, Training Delivery and the Trainer
- Level 2 of Evaluation will be done during the Training Program by doing the Assignments or Tasks or Role Plays to evaluate the delegates’ skill or knowledge improvement
- Level 3 of Evaluation will be done after the Training. During the training, the strengths and weaknesses of the delegates will be recognized, such as in Communication and Leadership skills. Then, the delegates are asked to create Action Plans to reduce these weaknesses. A month or two months after the training, SIS Consulting team will come and review the execution of the action plan to observe the improvements. With this evaluation the delegates have done something for changing and improving their behavior to be the better ones.
