Vision Vision and Mission statement of a Company looks like the “Dream” of the company that would be achieved in the future. Vision is a long term Journey to establish a very ideal situation in the Company. Sometimes, a Vision statement seemed very hard to achieve. But, that’s the typical of a Vision statement. Mission Mission statement is a short to medium journey of the company. Mission is more look like objectives rather than a dream. Mission is achievable. Mission statement usually wants to serve the Stakeholders: Shareholders, Customers, Employees and Society/Nation. Core Values Core Values are statements that reflect the Main Values that company and its employees will adopt as “their basic attitude, the way they work and the way they act for serving and growing”. |
